ole Description The Investment Banking Analyst at Xpert Sourcing will support sourcing and transaction-related activities by performing financial analysis and modeling for property and portfolio-level deals. This full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara includes preparing valuation models, cash flow projections, and scenario analyses to assess investment opportunities.

The analyst will conduct detailed due diligence, review market and financial data, and help evaluate risk and return profiles for prospective transactions. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve preparing investment memos and presentations, supporting internal and external stakeholders with data-driven insights, and assisting in the execution of deals aligned with client briefs. The role requires close collaboration with sourcing and advisory teams to ensure every recommended property meets financial, strategic, and client-specific criteria.

Qualifications

- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial and market data and draw clear, actionable insights.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation, including cash flow analysis, scenario modeling,



and investment return calculations.
- Solid understanding of finance and investment banking concepts, such as capital structure, risk assessment, and transaction processes.
- Experience or familiarity with due diligence activities, including reviewing financial statements, market data, and property-related information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related quantitative field; advanced coursework or certifications (e.g., CFA Level I) are an advantage.
- Strong Excel and presentation skills, with the ability to build clear models and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to work on-site in Vadodara and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Interest in real estate, property investments, or buy-side advisory work is highly beneficial.
