We're looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day operations and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, communicates clearly, and can manage multiple priorities independently. Prior experience as a VA in the real estate sector is a solid plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and organize email inbox, calendar, and scheduling

- Handle data entry, document preparation, and file organization

- Coordinate communication with clients, vendors, or partners

- Research tasks (market research, lead lists, property listings, vendor comparisons, etc.)

- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations

- Manage CRM entries and follow-ups

- Assist with social media scheduling and basic content coordination (if applicable)

- Handle ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as needed

Real Estate–Specific Tasks (PREFERRED)

- Listing coordination (MLS entries, updates, document collection)

- Transaction coordination support (paperwork, deadlines, disclosures)

- Lead follow-up and CRM management (e.g., Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, Chime)





- Scheduling showings, inspections, and closings

- Basic knowledge of real estate terminology and workflows

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative support role

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, and project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.)

- Ability to work independently and manage time across time zones

- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional work setup

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience as a VA in the real estate industry (strongly preferred)

- Familiarity with real estate CRMs and MLS systems

- Experience with transaction coordination or listing management

- Basic graphic design or Canva skills for marketing materials

Pay: ₹20,000.50 - ₹30,000.00 per month
