We are seeking a high-performing individual to support the execution of end-to-end investment banking transactions in the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) sector.

Job Overview:

- The role involves transaction execution, financial analysis, valuation, client engagement, and preparation of marketing and transaction materials.
- The candidate will work closely with senior bankers to originate and execute strategic advisory and capital market transactions.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Transaction Execution

- Support end-to-end execution of investment banking transactions from origination to closure.
- Prepare client pitches, proposals, and transaction marketing materials.
- Perform financial analysis, valuation, and review of financial statements.
- Assist in due diligence and transaction documentation.

2. Research & Analytics

- Build and maintain financial models and valuation analyses.
- Conduct industry, market, and company research with a focus on the FIG sector.




- Track sector developments and support thought leadership and deal origination initiatives.

3.Client Engagement

- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and drafting sessions.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders for information flow and transaction documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

- CA / MBA / CFA
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in BFSI / FIG sector in Investment Banking.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and financial statement analysis skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and industry databases (Bloomberg, FactSet, VCCEdge, etc.)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills with solid attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and collaborative approach.
