Position: Inventory & Supply Chain Specialist

Location: Remote | Full-time | U.S. Eastern Time Hours

Experience: 5+ years of inventory/supply chain experience in e-commerce.

Were looking for an experienced Inventory & Supply Chain Specialist to manage end-to-end inventory operations across Amazon FBA, Shopify, and other e-commerce channels. This hands-on role is responsible for demand planning, inventory control, purchase orders, 3PL coordination, and ERP management to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize costs, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inventory across Amazon FBA, Shopify, and 3PL warehouses.
- Forecast demand, maintain reorder points, and optimize safety stock.
- Create and manage purchase orders while tracking vendor deliveries.
- Coordinate FBA replenishments and warehouse transfers.
- Reconcile inventory, review 3PL invoices, and ensure accurate landed costs.
- Monitor inventory health, improve turnover, and support cash flow through effective inventory planning.
- Maintain ERP/inventory systems (Zoho Inventory or similar)



and provide regular inventory reports.

Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Amazon FBA, Shopify, and an ERP/inventory platform (Zoho Inventory, Cin7, Linnworks, Brightpearl, Veeqo, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of demand forecasting, inventory planning, purchase orders, and 3PL management.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and solid analytical ability.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Availability to work 9:00 AM 5:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time.

Preferred
- Experience in home goods, textiles, or bedding.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, landed cost accounting, and inventory-related cash flow management.
