We're hiring our first Intrapreneur.

Not a regular internship. You'll work directly with the founder and see how an AI agency actually runs - the pitches, the client deals, the wins, the near-misses.

We're The Bot Company, an AI-first agency in Chennai. We build AI agents, RAG systems, AI products, websites, and apps. Our work reaches teams at Fortune 500 scale.

What you'll actually do:

- Sit in on real client calls
- See real numbers - deals, pricing, retainers
- Help build pitches that actually go out to clients, not practice ones
- Have a real say in business decisions, positioning, even hiring

We're not looking for the smartest quiet person in the room. We want someone clever and confident enough to speak up - who'd rather try the bold idea than play it safe.

You'll be allowed to make mistakes. That's part of learning fast. But you own them - good outcome or bad, you take responsibility for your calls.



We're not looking for someone careless; we're looking for someone who can be trusted with real decisions.

This is you if

- You're a 3rd or 4th year student, any background
- You can talk to strangers without hesitating
- You want real ownership, not busywork
- You bring energy and take initiative, not just opinions

This isn't for you if you want a fixed routine, a checklist, or a role where no one notices whether you show up.

Location: Mogappair West, Chennai (in-office)

Duration: 3–6 months

Stipend: ₹5,000–8,000/month

Real path to a full-time role for the right person
