Candidates with internship experience or academic project experience in HR, employee engagement, event coordination, or related areas will be preferred Roles & Responsibilities: Support the end-to-end employee onboarding process, including new joiner coordination, induction, and orientation activities

Assist in planning and executing employee engagement programs, events, celebrations, and monthly floor activities

Coordinate with internal team and external vendors for engagement events and related arrangements

Help create employee communication materials such as emailers, posters, presentations, and videos

Assist in conducting employee feedback surveys and compiling insights

Support employee recognition and wellness initiatives to enhance employee experience

Maintain HR trackers, engagement dashboards, and reports to monitor participation and program effectiveness

Provide administrative support for HR projects and employee engagement initiatives
