- Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers in the USA.
- Provide excellent customer support and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Maintain a qualified and courteous approach during all customer interactions.
- Accurately update customer information and call records in the CRM system.
- Meet daily performance targets, quality standards, and productivity goals.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines while handling customer interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per hour
