Role Description The International Voice Process Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls with global customers, providing clear, professional, and timely assistance.

Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, updating account information, and documenting interactions in company systems. The role involves following established processes, meeting performance and quality targets, and collaborating with team members and supervisors to improve customer experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram,



requiring flexibility to work in rotating shifts aligned with international time zones.

Qualifications

Robust verbal communication skills in English, including neutral or easily understandable accent and active listening abilities.

Customer service capabilities such as problem-solving, empathy, patience, and ability to manage difficult conversations professionally.

Basic computer proficiency, including navigating CRM or contact center tools, typing accurately, and maintaining detailed records.

Time management and organizational skills to handle high call volumes, multitask, and meet productivity and quality metrics.

Ability to work comfortably in an in office, shift-based environment, including night shifts if required for international operations.

Previous experience in international voice process, BPO, or contact center roles is an advantage but not always mandatory.

Minimum educational qualification typically at the high school/secondary level or equivalent; higher education in any discipline is beneficial.

Qualified, inclusive attitude, with willingness to learn, adapt to new processes, and collaborate with diverse teams.
