Shift Timings:

- Rotational Night Shifts
- 5 Days Working
- Rotational Week Offs

Eligibility Criteria:

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Graduation in any discipline is eligible.

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through voice support channels.
- Provide timely and accurate resolutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to quality and productivity metrics.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust customer handling abilities.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: Up to 5 LPA(30-40% hike on previous ctc)

Preferred:

- Immediate Joiners

- Prior experience in International BPO/Voice Process is an added advantage.
