International Voice Process – Customer Support Associate

Monthly salary: ₹19,000–₹25,000, depending on experience, communication skills, and interview performanceAbout the Role ITES is hiring energetic, customer-focused candidates for an International Voice Process in Kakkanad, Kochi. As a Customer Support Associate, you will handle inbound customer calls, resolve customer queries, and provide basic technical assistance for computers and mobile devices. Freshers and experienced candidates with robust English communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from international customers.

Understand customer concerns and provide clear, accurate solutions.

Provide basic technical support for Windows PCs, Mac devices, and mobile devices.

Assist with product installation, uninstallation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Maintain a professional, patient, and courteous approach during every interaction.

Escalate unresolved or complex cases to the appropriate team.

Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.

Follow company procedures, quality standards, and data-security requirements.

Eligibility

Any recognized undergraduate, postgraduate, MBA, or equivalent qualification.

Excellent spoken English and interpersonal communication skills.

CEFR or Berlitz B2-level English proficiency is preferred.

Basic knowledge of computers, mobile devices,



and technical troubleshooting.

Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.

Immediate joiners are preferred.

Applicants must be comfortable handling inbound international customer calls.

Applicants must be willing to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Applicants must be able to work from the Kakkanad office.
