About the Role

Vishesh Overseas Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven International Sales Executive to expand our global B2B presence. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in international export sales, business development, and deal closure, with the ability to identify and convert opportunities across markets such as Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand , and other international regions.

The successful candidate will own the complete sales cycle—from identifying ideal customers and developing business relationships to negotiating contracts and ensuring successful execution of export orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop recent international B2B sales opportunities in target export markets.
- Research and target Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) based on industry, market demand, and business potential.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, digital outreach, trade fairs, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with importers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and procurement teams.
- Travel internationally to meet prospective and existing customers, attend trade exhibitions, and strengthen business relationships.
- Lead commercial negotiations and successfully close export deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution, export documentation, production planning, and shipment.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activities,



and identify new growth opportunities in global markets.

Required Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in International B2B Export Sales .
- Proven record of acquiring international customers and closing export deals.
- Strong understanding of export documentation, international trade practices, and commercial negotiations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in Southeast Asian markets, particularly Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand , or similar regions.
- Existing network of international buyers, distributors, or importers will be an advantage.
- Experience participating in international trade fairs, buyer-seller meets, and overseas business development initiatives.
