Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara for an International Sales Executive. The role involves identifying and developing current international business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and building long-term relationships with customers across the company’s product divisions.

The International Sales

Executive will handle the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, preparing quotations, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring global market trends, maintaining sales records and forecasts, supporting customer inquiries, and collaborating with logistics and operations to meet client requirements. The role also involves representing the company in international trade-shows.

Candidates should possess strong International Sales and International Business skills for developing and managing clients in global markets.

Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to respond to client needs, resolve issues, and support long-term partnerships.

Candidates should possess effective communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.

Candidates should possess good analytical and market research skills to interpret trends, pricing, and competitor activity in international trade.

Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in B2B international sales or export/import operations.

Familiarity with documentation, INCOTERMS, trade compliance, and logistics coordination is beneficial, as is experience in food & commodities.
