As we scale, we are strengthening our finance function and seeking an Internal Auditor to ensure financial accuracy, control, and compliance.

You as an Internal Auditor will be responsible for conducting end-to-end internal audits, identifying gaps in controls, assessing risks, and ensuring compliance with statutory, financial, and RBI regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, fintech domain awareness, and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams.

You will be Responsible for:

- Conduct periodic internal audits of financial statements, ledgers, and expense reports.
- Review accounting entries, journal postings, vendor payments, and reimbursements for accuracy.
- Verify payouts, collections, and reconciliations across bank accounts, merchants, and partners.
- Perform daily audits of transaction flows, merchant onboarding, settlement processes, and reconciliations. Ensure compliance with Companies Act regulations.
- Maintain proper audit documentation, work papers, and reports for management review.
- Highlight areas of risk, fraud, or revenue leakage within finance operations. Provide insights to management on financial efficiency and compliance health.
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants,



and banking partners for compliance requirements. Support in statutory audits and external auditor reviews.

Must Have:
- Strong knowledge of internal audit practices, financial controls, and risk management.
- Understanding of fintech/payment industry operations (UPI, wallets, payouts, merchant settlements).
- Familiarity with RBI regulations, AML/KYC norms, and data security requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently with high integrity.

Qualifications:
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or MBA Finance, MCom or related field.
- 1.6–3 years of internal audit experience (preferably in fintech, payments, BFSI)
- Exposure to regulatory audits, RBI inspections, or startup ecosystems is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹375,000.00 per year
