The incumbent would be responsible for Internal Audit & Investigations

- Lead and execute comprehensive audits (operational, conformance, investigative, and management) across various organizational units, including branches, factories, commercial, and non-operating areas.

2.Evaluate and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to identify and address gaps.

- Develop and maintain detailed process flow charts, policies, and procedures.
- Leverage advanced digital tools to improve audit efficiency and effectiveness.

5.Assess the accuracy and adequacy of accounting records.

- Review conformity to applicable statutes, accounting standards, and compliance with company procedures and policies.
- Prepare thorough work papers and ensure compliance with audit checklists.
- Ensure observations in the audit report are transparent, concise, factually correct, and impactful. 9.Conduct and report assigned investigations effectively and efficiently. Governance, Risk, Control & Compliance.
- Communicate governance issues and recommend improvements to the organization’s governance policies, processes, and structures.




- Conduct process audits based on the risk management framework at all organizational levels.
- Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of internal controls and develop new controls to mitigate identified risks.
- Review and ensure proper segregation of duties.
- Support compliance management by evaluating and improving compliance practices. Contribution to quality assurance programs.

15.Foster continuous improvement through ISO, Business Excellence, and other quality assurance programs.

- Plan and implement the digitization of audit processes and procedures.

Requisite Qualification

Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant

Requisite Experience

Essential 3-4 years post qualification experience from manufacturing background

- Investigative mindset
- Analytical skills with attention to details.

Preferred Skills Required

- Knowledge of ERP
- Knowledge of analytical tools like SQL, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau.
- Knowledge of Forensics / Fraud Investigations
- Knowledge of Compliances, Internal Controls and Risk Management framework.
