We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented B.Com/M.Com Freshers to join our Finance Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in finance while gaining hands-on experience in cash reconciliation and retail finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily reconciliation of store sales, cash collections, and bank deposits.
- Verify cash register balances with sales reports and bank statements.
- Track pending collections and coordinate with store and finance teams for timely closure.
- Identify and report discrepancies in transactions.
- Support daily and weekly reconciliation reports.
- Ensure compliance with finance processes and documentation.
Freshers are welcome.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in Finance Operations.
