Role: Intern: Founder’s Office

We are looking for a highly motivated Founder's Office Intern to work directly with the founding team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to work in strategy planning, understand how organizations scale, and take a leading position in their area of work.

You will work directly with the founding team on strategic initiatives including fundraising, growth hacking and product research. Your day-to-day work will comprise desk research, running growth campaigns,



and creating management presentations.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Research & Prospect Mapping

- Develop fundraising strategy for myNachiketa working closely with founders
- Map the ecosystem actors in our area of work and partnership plans with them.
- Develop growth campaigns to get stakeholders, including customers, donors, and supporters engaged.
- Understand the product landscape in our area and develop new product strategies.
- Draft communication for various stakeholders for effective communication.
- Build and publish analytics reports for different campaigns and implementations.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing one) in any discipline.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into concise reports.
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Interest in education, child development, spirituality, or the social impact sector.
