​We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee and manage our interior design projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day site operations, managing vendors, ensuring execution matches technical drawings, and delivering the project on time without compromising on quality. ​Key Roles &

Responsibilities ​Site Management &

- Handling: Oversee daily site operations, maintain discipline, and ensure a clean and safe working environment. ​Vendor Sourcing &
- Management: Arrange required vendors, coordinate with sub-contractors (carpenters, electricians, painters, fabricators, etc.), and manage their workflow efficiently. ​Drawing &
- Design Adherence: Closely monitor the execution of work to ensure it aligns perfectly with the provided 2D/3D layouts, working drawings, and specifications. ​Timeline &
- Completion:



Track daily progress and ensure the project hits all milestones to achieve on-time completion. ​Quality &
- Material Check: Inspect the quality of workmanship and verify that the materials delivered to the site match the required standards. ​Reporting: Update the management daily regarding site progress, material requirements, and any challenges faced on-site. ​Requirements / Skills ​Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in Interior Design or Construction projects. ​Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings and floor plans. ​Robust leadership, problem-solving, and vendor-management skills. ​Excellent time-management skills to meet strict deadlines.
