– Villa Project Manager / Site Engineer (Interior & Finishing) Position Project Manager / Site Engineer (Villa Interior & Finishing Works) Project Location Bengaluru Sarjapur road Project Duration 10 months (or until project completion) Role Summary We are looking for an experienced and highly responsible Project Manager/Site Engineer to independently supervise and coordinate all interior and finishing works for a premium residential villa. The candidate will represent the owner's interests and ensure the highest standards of workmanship, quality, cost control, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities - Daily supervision of all site activities.

- Coordinate and manage all contractors and vendors.
- Monitor marble and stone installation, including level, alignment, joint spacing, pattern matching, edge finishing, and polishing.
- Supervise false ceiling (Gyproc/POP), painting, flooring, carpentry, modular kitchen, wardrobes, aluminium, glass, and staircase works.
- Coordinate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, home automation, and lighting installations.
- Verify material quality before installation and ensure approved materials are used.
- Conduct quality inspections and identify defects before work approval.
- Maintain project schedule and ensure timely completion.




- Measure completed work and verify contractor bills.
- Prepare daily progress reports with photographs and weekly status updates.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, and suppliers.
- Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and proper material storage.
- Report any quality, design, or execution issues immediately to the owner.

Required Qualifications - Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

- Minimum 4 years of experience in luxury residential villa interiors and finishing works.
- Solid knowledge of marble, granite, false ceiling, painting, woodwork, aluminium systems, plumbing, and electrical finishing.
- Ability to read architectural, interior, and MEP drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and WhatsApp reporting.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience handling premium villas, luxury apartments, or high-end residential projects will be preferred.

Reporting

Directly report to the Villa Owner with daily updates and weekly progress reports.

Compensation Negotiable based on experience, qualifications, and project involvement.
