Role Description The Interior Designer will work on-site in Gurugram in a full-time capacity, focusing on residential projects with an emphasis on kitchens, baths, and custom cabinetry. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients to understand their needs, developing design concepts and layouts, and preparing detailed drawings and specifications.

The role involves coordinating finishes, fixtures, and equipment, collaborating with contractors and vendors, and overseeing project execution to maintain design intent and quality.

The Interior





Designer will also prepare presentation materials, manage project timelines, and ensure that all designs align with budget, functional requirements, and company standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Interior Design and Space Planning to create functional, aesthetically balanced residential layouts.
- Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Construction Drawings to develop accurate plans and coordinate effectively with contractors.
- Candidates should possess skills related to FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection to ensure cohesive design and material quality.
- Robust proficiency in design software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools) and basic project documentation skills.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field, with prior experience in residential design preferred.
- Effective communication, client-facing skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Attention to detail, time-management capabilities, and an understanding of materials, finishes, and current interior design trends.
