We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Draftsman with a robust background in residential interior projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating accurate and detailed drawings for interior spaces, and a keen eye for design and technical precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings and layouts for residential interior projects
- Collaborate with designers and architects to convert concepts into working drawings
- Ensure all drawings adhere to project specifications, design intent, and industry standards
- Make necessary modifications and updates based on client feedback or site conditions
- Maintain documentation and version control of design files
- Coordinate with project teams and vendors for drawing approvals and execution
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Drafting, Architecture, or related field
- 4–5 years of experience in interior residential drafting
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software
- Solid understanding of interior detailing, materials, and construction methods
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple projects
