We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 2–3 years of experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about luxury interiors and capable of managing projects from concept development through execution. This role involves design development, technical documentation, vendor coordination, site supervision, and ensuring seamless project delivery while maintaining the highest design standards. Key Responsibilities

Develop innovative interior design concepts aligned with project objectives and client requirements.

Prepare detailed layouts, working drawings, and construction documentation using AutoCAD.

Create 3D models, visualisations, and high-quality renders for design presentations.

Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories that align with the overall design vision.

Prepare mood boards, material palettes, and presentation decks for internal reviews and client presentations.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams throughout the design and execution process.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve design-related issues, and ensure execution matches approved drawings.

Review shop drawings, material samples,



and mock-ups to maintain design quality.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to project timelines and budgets.

Stay updated with emerging design trends, materials, technologies, and industry best practices.

Required

Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software such as D5 Render, Lumion, or V-Ray.

Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is preferred.

Strong understanding of space planning, construction detailing, furniture layouts, lighting design, and material specifications.

Excellent visualisation, presentation, and communication skills.

Strong coordination, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Close attention to detail and commitment to design excellence. Experience

2–3 years of professional experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality interior design projects.

Experience handling projects from concept design through execution is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.

A portfolio showcasing completed residential and/or commercial interior projects is mandatory.
