Role Description The Interior Designer & Planner will be responsible for developing functional and aesthetic interior layouts that align with Signify Wood’s product portfolio and client requirements. This full-time, on-site role based in Indore involves space planning, selecting appropriate materials and finishes, preparing interior concepts, and coordinating FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) with project teams. The role includes creating and reviewing construction drawings, collaborating with architects and contractors, and ensuring designs are practical, safe, and aligned with project timelines and budgets.

The Interior





Designer & Planner will meet with clients to understand their needs, present design proposals, and support projects from concept through execution, including site visits and quality checks.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Design and FF&E; selection to create cohesive, high-quality spaces.

Candidates should possess skills in Space Planning to optimize layouts for functionality, circulation, and user experience.

Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Construction Drawings to translate concepts into accurate, buildable plans.

Relevant experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality interiors, preferably involving wood and related materials.

Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic knowledge of building codes and standards.

Solid visual, conceptual, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate design ideas clearly to clients and project teams.

Ability to work on-site in Indore, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred. Candidate must have knowledge & Esperance in AutoCAD Drawing & Designing with 3D planning
