Role Description The Interior Design Intern role at The Buildyfy is a full-time, on-site position based in Ludhiana. The intern will support project teams with space planning, design concept development, and preparation of presentations and mood boards. Daily tasks may include assisting with material and furniture selection, documenting FF&E; schedules, and helping create technical drawings and layouts under supervision.

The intern will participate in site visits, measurements,



and coordination with vendors and suppliers as needed. The role also involves maintaining organized project files, collaborating with team members, and contributing creative ideas while learning professional interior design standards.

Qualifications

Proficiency in interior design fundamentals, including Interior Design concepts and Space Planning.

Experience or coursework related to Furniture selection, layout, and FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment).

Strong Communication skills for collaborating with team members, vendors, and clients.

Ability to use basic design tools or software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) is preferred.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a quick-paced environment.

Strong sense of aesthetics and problem-solving mindset; prior internship or project experience is an advantage.
