We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Product Manager to lead the design and implementation of integrations between Workday and SAP Fieldglass systems. This role requires expertise in Workday Prism and Workday integration. Oracle EBS and procurement knowledge is preferred.
The ideal candidate will translate complex business requirements into simplified, harmonized, and sustainable solutions that align with industry standards. This position involves collaboration with IT, Business, HR, and over 20 vendors, ensuring seamless execution across all project phases.
A Typical Day Might Include the Following:
1. Architecting and designing integrations between Workday and SAP Fieldglass, ensuring scalability and alignment with business needs.
2. Leveraging Workday Prism expertise to support system re-adjustments and modeling in later project phases.
3. Translating business requirements into simplified and sustainable technical solutions.
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, Business, HR, and vendors, to align on design, build, and testing phases.
5.
Managing communication and coordination with over 20 vendors to ensure project goals are met.
6. Supporting testing efforts, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to validate solutions.
7. Applying project management methodologies to track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Job Requirements
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing integrations for Workday and SAP Fieldglass systems.
- Workday Prism experience is required for system re-adjustment and modeling.
- Oracle EBS and procurement knowledge are preferred.
- Familiarity with project management lifecycle and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of integration design and industry-standard practices.
- Ability to develop scalable and harmonized solutions that meet business requirements.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to engage with IT, Business, HR, and multiple vendors.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex integration challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing a work from home environment.
