We are looking for a dynamic APAC TSO Hub Integration Lead to drive regional leadership across integration, automation, and digital platform enablement. This role will ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions aligned with global strategies, while delivering measurable business value across multiple APAC markets.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Platform Leadership

- Lead the rationalization and simplification of integration landscapes, reducing complexity, risk, and technical debt across OpCos.The regional Digital Integration Lead is responsible for shaping and driving the digital integration agenda for the region ensuring stability, scalability, and security

Delivery & Operations Excellence

- Establish and drive strong governance, resilience, continuous improvement and minimalize technical debts




- Act as escalation point for critical incidents and risks

Value Creation

- Drive measurable value realization not limiting to efficiency, improved experience, cost savings and adoption
- Influence stakeholders across regional and global teams as a senior regional stakeholder for all APAC markets for digital integration topics – run, build or transfor
- Contribute to regional and global budget planning, investment prioritization, and demand shaping

Ways of Working

- Ensure adherence to Global TSO standards, security, and compliance requirements
- Contribute to roadmap planning and maturity assessments
- Key stakeholder management - Regional Leadership team , Regional Application team, OpCo D&T; LT, Suppliers , Global TSO – Integration team, Digital Operations – Incident, Problem management

What We’re Looking For

- Total 15-18 yrs of experience with 7-10 years of leadership experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology or equivalent experience.
- Strong expertise in system integration, APIs, middleware, and automation
- Design thinking , problem solving and solution design of services involving local , regional and global standard platforms
- Proven experience in multi-country or regional environments and hands on solution delivery , operational excellence experience
- The ideal candidate should have a robust and demonstrated experience in driving value out of integration technologies, drive and transform HNK Digital integration strategy
- Experience working with vendors and managed service models.
- Strong stakeholder management, vendor collaboration and communication skills.
- An entrepreneurial mind-set and an ability to connect with internal and external audiences including senior management
