About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineer specializing in Siebel CRM Integration Pack for Trade Promotion Management Software to join our team in Hyderabad Office APAC PSC GDOP. In this role, you will be pivotal in designing, implementing, and optimizing our trade promotion management processes through seamless integration solutions.

Your expertise will enable us to enhance operational efficiency, improve data integrity, and support strategic decision-making by ensuring smooth connectivity between Siebel CRM and our trade promotion ecosystems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT, and external vendors, to translate requirements into technical solutions, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high standards of system performance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead technical initiatives, participate in project planning, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our enterprise systems.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of 7-10 years in customizing and troubleshooting Siebel CRM Integration Pack for Trade Promotion Management Software.




- Extensive experience in building interfaces between Siebel CRM/Oracle database stack and corporate platforms such as Shipments, Payments, Master Data, and Security modules.
- Hands-on experience managing Azure infrastructure resources provisioned as IaaS and PaaS at a large scale, adhering to industry standards including security vulnerabilities.
- Expertise in operating infrastructure in compliance with SOX requirements.
- Proven success in managing business-critical deployments of Siebel CRM for Trade Promotion Management and Oracle for CBP requirements.
- Experience executing major and minor version upgrades of Siebel CRM and Oracle databases (IaaS).
- Deep understanding of ITIL processes for managing enterprise applications, platforms, and infrastructure.
- Preferred experience working within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Strong knowledge of code management, CI/CD practices, and relevant tools.
- Understanding of Trade Promotion Management business processes with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with integration technologies such as APIM, Boomi, Axway, SAP PO, and Anaplan package connectivity is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and client management skills, especially for global markets and end-user engagement.
- Ability to innovate within the Siebel CRM, Oracle, and Azure ecosystems and lead technical transformations effectively.

- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions for Siebel CRM and Trade Promotion Management Software, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into robust technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly, maintaining data integrity, system reliability,



and performance standards.
- Develop comprehensive documentation for all integration processes, including design specifications, user manuals, and training materials to facilitate ongoing support and knowledge sharing.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure deployment success and adherence to quality standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to CRM integration and trade promotion management to recommend improvements and innovations.
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements for existing integration solutions, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Participate in project planning, status reporting, and stakeholder communication to ensure alignment and transparency throughout project lifecycles.
- Lead technical initiatives to improve system capabilities, scalability, and security, aligning with organizational goals and industry standards.
