Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.

Assist in identifying potential risks and propose mitigation strategies during integration projects.

Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on integration best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.

Good To Have Skills: Automated Testing, Functional Test Planning.

Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions within complex business environments.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges.

Familiarity with system architecture and data flow between applications.

Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
