You will work to understand client requirements thoroughly and translate these into practical technology and business solutions.

Your role includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application frameworks that align with business needs. You will ensure that the solutions implemented effectively support the client s objectives and contribute to seamless integration across systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration solutions meet business goals.

Assist in identifying potential risks and propose mitigation strategies during integration projects.

Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on integration best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.

Good To Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management, ServiceNow Now Assist.

Strong understanding of integration methodologies and best practices within enterprise environments.

Experience in designing and implementing system integration solutions that align with business processes.

Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Familiarity with workflow automation and process optimization within ServiceNow platforms.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
