Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and develop innovative approaches to resolve them.

Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of integration solutions.

Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through technical and process-related challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.

Strong understanding of integration frameworks and middleware technologies.

Experience with API design, development, and management.

Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical integration solutions.

Familiarity with cloud platforms and their integration capabilities.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable solutions.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
