This role requires understanding client requirements thoroughly and translating them into practical technology and business solutions. The day includes facilitating discussions around transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application frameworks that align with business objectives.

Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the implemented solutions meet the intended business needs is a key aspect of daily activities.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.

Qualified & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.

Strong knowledge of integration methodologies and best practices within enterprise environments.

Experience with designing and implementing APIs and web services for system interoperability.

Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical integration solutions.

Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and workflow automation within integration platforms.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable integration solutions.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
