Design, development, and maintenance of advanced data integration solutions using application integration software, ensuring seamless communication between diverse systems.

Implement data transformation, migration, and validation tasks, optimizing performance and ensuring data accuracy.

Reporting

Utilize reporting software skills to create visually appealing, interactive reports, providing valuable business insights to stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective solutions.

Collaboration

Collaborate on integration efforts, working closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams.

Collaborate with database administrators and other IT teams to ensure data security, integrity, and optimal database performance.

Performance Optimization and Troubleshooting:

Monitor integration processes, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance to exceed predefined service level agreements (SLAs).

Create and maintain detailed documentation for integration processes, data mappings, and report specifications.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation

Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in data integration, reporting, and transformation, and drive their adoption within the team.

Education:





Four years of college resulting in a bachelors degree or equivalent.N/A

Experience:

3-6 Years

3-6 years of proven experience as an Integration Developer.

Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Strong understanding of integration concepts, data transformation strategies, and report development.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing complex data integration workflows using application integration software.
- Advanced knowledge of data cleansing, validation, and transformation using SSIS or similar integration tools.
- Strong T-SQL skills including querying, optimization, and data modeling preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to drive results in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with other advanced integration tools and technologies preferred.
- Knowledge of cloud-based integration solutions and data platforms (e.g., Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue) preferred.
- Familiarity with working in a Scrum workplace, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality results within agile frameworks preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and microservices architecture is preferred.
