Jai Insurance Brokers PVT LTD, esteemed Insurance broker based in Delhi are looking for Insurance Operations Executive having 2-6 years experience in General Insurance Products Policy servicing from inception until post-sales follow-up. These include but are not limited to Fire, Burglary, Marine, CAR, EAR, GMC, GPA, WC & others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing insurance documentation and backend operations
- Coordinate with insurers for policy issuance, quotes, renewals, and endorsements
- Handle customer servicing and query resolution support
- Maintain data and documentation for policies, endorsements, and claims
- Prepare MIS and internal reports as required
- Support sales, inter-departmental communication and operational workflows
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-6 years of experience in Insurance Operations Executive in General Insurance.
- Good knowledge of policy types, endorsements, and claim workflows.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and insurance software.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
