Hiring: Customer Support Executive
Location: Work From Office
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 CTC
Shift: Rotational | 6 Days Working
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with excellent communication skills to provide exceptional customer service through Calls, Chat, and Email.
Eligibility:
- Graduation Mandatory
- 6 Months to 1 Year of Customer Support Experience
- Valuable Communication Skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via Calls, Chat, and Email
- Resolve post-issuance customer concerns efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
