Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and validation of process instruments (pressure, temperature, flow, level, pH, etc.).

Troubleshoot and repair instrumentation and control systems to minimize downtime.

Ensure all equipment complies with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate documentation for calibration, maintenance, and audits.

Support qualification activities (IQ, OQ, PQ) for recent and existing equipment.

Coordinate with production, quality assurance, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues.

Participate in audits and inspections, providing necessary documentation and technical support.

Implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.

Assist in upgrades, modifications, and installation of new instrumentation systems.

Ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures.
