We are lookingfor a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organizedInstructional Designerto join our Academics & Learning Experience team. In this role, you will design engaging digitallearning experiences for professional educationprograms in Construction, Infrastructure, Project Management, Real Estate, Digital Construction, Building Information Modelling (BIM), Artificial Intelligence, and other emerging technologies. You will work closely with Subject MatterExperts (SMEs), facultymembers, and multimedia teams to transform technical content into engaging, learner-centric online programs.

Beyondinstructional design, you will play a key role in reviewing learningvideos, ensuring production quality, coordinating with content and multimedia teams, and driving the timely completion of course deliverables. Instructional Design & Course Development

Design engagingonline, blended, and self-paced learningexperiences using instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.

Develop courseoutlines, learning objectives, storyboards, scripts, assessments, assignments, and interactive learning activities.

Collaborate with SMEs and faculty to transform technicaland industry contentinto engaging digital learning experiences.

Design learner-centric content that improvesengagement, knowledge retention, and learning outcomes.

Leverage Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT,Claude, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilotto support course design, contentcreation, assessments, and instructional documentation.

Content Production & Video Quality Assurance

Review every recordedlearning video in its entiretybefore publication.

Ensure videos are professionally editedwith:

Clear audio and video quality.





No background disturbances, unwanted noise, or visual distractions.

Smooth editing with no awkwardpauses, repeated sections,abrupt transitions, or gaps in speech.

Accurate synchronization of slides, graphics, captions, animations, and on-screen visuals.

A consistent, engaging, and learner-friendly viewing experience.

Verify that all review feedbackhas been incorporated before providing finalapproval.

Coordinate with video editors,graphic designers, multimedia teams, and facultyto ensure timely completion of all learning assets.

Conduct final Quality Assurance (QA) before publishing content on the Learning Management System (LMS).

Project & Stakeholder Management

Manage end-to-end course development timelinesand ensure projectsare delivered within agreed schedules.

Coordinate with SMEs, facultymembers, multimedia teams,and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Track projectprogress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively drive resolutions to ensure timely completion of videos and course deliverables.

Provide regularproject status updatesand maintain reviewlogs and projectdocumentation.

Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Engineering, Management, Communications, or a related discipline.

2–5 years of experience in Instructional Design, E-learning, Learning Experience Design, or Educational Content Development.

Experience workingwith Subject MatterExperts (SMEs), facultymembers, or corporate trainers.

Experience in higher education, executive education, onlinelearning, or corporate learning environments is preferred.





Experience or exposure to the Construction, Infrastructure, Engineering, Architecture, Project

Management, BIM, or Digital Construction domain will be an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.

Excellent content writing, editing, and storyboarding skills.

Exceptional attention to detail with a strongquality assurance mindset.

Ability to critically review long-form learningvideos and identifyinstructional and production improvements.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.

Strong projectmanagement and organizational abilities with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

High level of ownership, accountability, and commitment to delivering qualityoutcomes.

Skills

Experience with one or more of the following: Learning Management Systems (Moodle,D2L, Canvas, Blackboard, Edmingle, or similar)

Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia,Vyond, Canva

Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

SCORM/xAPI fundamentals
