Role Description The Installation Service Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, India. This role is responsible for installing, configuring, and testing LED display systems at client locations, ensuring safe, accurate, and stable setups. Day-to-day tasks include performing field service visits, diagnosing technical issues, completing troubleshooting and repairs, and conducting routine maintenance on installed systems.

The technician will interact with clients in office to explain equipment operation, provide basic user training, and ensure that installation quality supports customer satisfaction. The role also involves documenting service activities,



coordinating with the internal technical team, and following safety and quality standards during all installation and service work.

Qualifications

Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to build positive client relationships.

Hands-on Troubleshooting skills for electronic or AV equipment, including diagnosing and resolving hardware and connectivity issues.

Experience in Field Service operations, including on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of technical systems.

Effective Communication skills for clear explanations to clients and accurate reporting to internal teams.

Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, mounting hardware, and tools used for installing display systems.

Ability to work safely at heights, handle equipment carefully, and follow occupational health and safety guidelines.

Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently in the field.

Relevant technical diploma or certification in electronics, electrical, AV, or a related field is preferred.

Prior experience in LED displays, signage, AV installations, or a similar industry is an advantage.
