Role Description The Installation Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur, responsible for overseeing end-to-end installation activities for client projects. This position plans and schedules installations, coordinates site resources, and ensures all work is completed safely, on time, and according to technical specifications and quality standards.

The Installation

Manager supervises installation teams, provides guidance and problem-solving support on-site, and communicates regularly with clients and internal stakeholders about progress, risks, and requirements. Daily responsibilities include reviewing project documentation, inspecting work at different stages, resolving operational issues, and maintaining accurate records and reports. The role also involves implementing best practices, supporting continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong project and site management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and oversight of installation teams.

Candidates should possess solid technical understanding relevant to installation work,



with the ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and documentation.

Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, and to provide clear guidance to on-site teams.

Candidates should possess problem-solving and decision-making abilities, including handling on-site challenges, safety concerns, and quality issues effectively.

Candidates should possess organizational and documentation skills for maintaining installation reports, checklists, logs, and compliance records.

Relevant experience in installation, construction, engineering, or field operations management is highly beneficial.

A diploma or degree in engineering, construction management, or a related office furniture technical field is preferred, along with knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Ability to work on-site in Nagpur on a full time basis, adapt to changing project priorities, and uphold high standards of professionalism and integrity.
