Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end analytics and insight generation engagements while ensuring high-quality client delivery.
- Structure business problems into analytical frameworks and generate actionable insights through advanced analytics.
- Partner with senior stakeholders, present executive-level storyboards, and influence strategic business decisions.
- Lead cross-functional onshore-offshore teams, ensuring seamless project execution, governance, and quality assurance.
- Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations using SQL, Snowflake/SAS, and Power BI while driving account growth and client relationships.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, Operations Research, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in analytics, business insights, or consulting engagements.
- Robust expertise in SQL along with Snowflake, SAS, or similar analytical technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, reporting,



dashboard development, and executive presentations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project leadership skills with global client exposure.
