Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Executive role based in Ghaziabad.

The Inside Sales

Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls, generate and qualify leads, and follow up on inquiries from prospective and existing clients. The role involves preparing and sharing quotations,



coordinating with the technical and operations teams to address customer requirements, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM or sales tracking systems.

The Inside Sales

Executive will build and sustain relationships with customers, provide timely information on products and services, support the field sales team, and contribute to meeting individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills.

Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills.

Candidates should possess solid Sales skills and a target-driven mindset.

Relevant experience in infrastructure, construction, or industrial products sales is beneficial.

Ability to work with CRM tools, maintain detailed records, and analyze basic sales data is preferred.

Strong negotiation abilities, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach are advantageous.

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is desirable.
