Step2gen Technologies is hiring Inside Sales Executives to connect with potential business clients, generate qualified leads, understand customer requirements and schedule meetings for our Business Development team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to build customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Introduce the company's services professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and identify sales opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings.
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls and emails.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM.
- Handle customer objections professionally.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.

Educational Qualification

Candidates should have basic knowledge of CRM software.
