? Industry: EPC / Engineering / Infrastructure
? Location: Pune
? Employment Type: Full time ? Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels
- Connect with potential clients and understand their project requirements
- Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial follow-ups
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for client requirements
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Maintain customer and lead data in CRM/Excel
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients ✅ Required Skills:
✔ 1–2 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / B2B Sales
✔ Experience in EPC / Engineering / Infrastructure / Industrial companies preferred
✔ Good communication and negotiation skills
✔ Strong follow-up and lead-generation abilities
✔ Basic understanding of technical products/services
✔ Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
