About the Company

Karan Bansal (Alumni IIT-G and NASSCOM) and his wife Tanya Goyal (listed in Forbes 30 under 30 Asia-2025) cofounded Karban Envirotech, at Jaipur, a consumer appliances company in India specialising in stylish and power-efficient bladeless fans. The company's flagship product, Karban Airzone, combines a bladeless ceiling fan, air purifier and lighting. Karban raised close to $1 million in a seed funding round in April 2024 from investors including Titan Capital, Rainmatter and All in Capital.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Make inbound and outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain Karban product features, pricing, benefits, and use cases clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Follow up with leads until closure.
- Maintain customer details, call updates, and sales status in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with logistics and support teams for order fulfilment.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Share customer feedback and common objections with the team.





Preferred candidate for the profile:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-4 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, retail sales, consumer durables,

appliances, or electronics.
- Good spoken English and Hindi. Regional language skills are an advantage.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, Excel, and calling systems.
- Solid communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to explain smart/technical consumer products confidently.
- Target-driven, disciplined, and customer-focused.
