Role Description This is a full-time, in office Inside Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru, with a salary range of 35k–40k and performance-based incentives.

The Inside Sales

Executive will handle incoming and outbound calls, engage with potential and existing customers, and present relevant services and products offered by Al Fahad Enterprises. Daily responsibilities include qualifying leads, following up on inquiries, maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales systems, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with operations and customer service teams, providing prompt support to clients, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales competencies, including handling calls, nurturing prospects, and closing deals.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills to identify, qualify,



and prioritize potential customers across the company’s service lines.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide clear solutions.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including negotiation, objection handling, and target-oriented performance.
- Relevant experience in inside sales or telesales, preferably in travel, services, or consumer products, is beneficial.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic office software to manage leads and track performance.
- Ability to work from the Bengaluru office, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
