Role Description The Inside Sales Associate (Freshers) role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Bangalore Urban district. In this role, the associate will engage with prospective learners through calls, messages, and emails to explain Internz Learn's programs and address questions. The associate will follow up on leads, maintain accurate records in the sales CRM, and support the end-to-end onboarding process for new learners.

Daily responsibilities include meeting outreach and conversion targets, collaborating with the marketing and operations teams, and providing clear, professional communication to ensure a positive learner experience.



The role is designed for individuals starting their careers, with training and guidance provided to help build strong sales and communication capabilities.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to engage confidently with prospective learners.
- Basic sales and customer service abilities, such as handling inquiries, explaining offerings, and supporting conversions from leads to enrolled learners.
- Comfort with using computers and digital tools, including CRM or lead management systems, email platforms, and spreadsheets.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet daily targets, and maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work on-site in the Bangalore Urban district and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Educational background at the diploma or bachelor's level in any discipline; prior internship or project experience in sales or EdTech is an advantage but not required.
- Motivation to learn, openness to feedback, and a strong interest in education, technology, and helping learners build their careers.
