About This Role

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide system, network, and end-user technical support for our Singapore-based corporate clients. The role involves troubleshooting desktops, Windows Servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, firewalls, IP telephony, and enterprise IT infrastructure while ensuring skilled and timely resolution of technical issues.

Description

- Provide remote and on-site technical support for Singapore-based corporate clients.

- Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, operating systems, applications, and hardware-related issues.

- Diagnose and resolve Microsoft Outlook, email, and Microsoft 365 user issues.

- Administer Active Directory users, groups, passwords, access permissions, shared folders, and network drive mappings.

- Perform basic to intermediate Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.

- Diagnose LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, internet connectivity, and general network-related issues.

- Configure and troubleshoot basic firewall policies, network access rules, and connectivity issues.

- Support Grandstream IP Telephony systems, IP phones, extensions, and basic VoIP troubleshooting.

- Provide remote technical support using RDP, UltraViewer, Microsoft Teams, and other approved support tools.

- Troubleshoot incidents systematically, identify root causes, and implement appropriate corrective actions.

- Escalate complex technical issues when required and coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and service providers.

- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, troubleshooting activities, configurations, and resolutions.

- Communicate professionally with customers and provide regular updates until issues are resolved.





- Take ownership of assigned incidents and ensure timely resolution in accordance with operational priorities.

- Participate in infrastructure implementation, maintenance, migration, and technical support activities when required.

Requirements

- 2–6 years of hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure, System Administration, Network Support, Desktop Support, or a similar technical support role.

- Good working knowledge of Windows desktops, laptops, operating systems, and hardware troubleshooting.

- Good knowledge of Windows Server administration and Microsoft Active Directory.

- Experience managing Active Directory users, groups, shared folders, file permissions, and network drive mappings.

- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, gateways, routing, and internet connectivity.

- Basic hands-on knowledge of firewall administration, firewall policies, NAT, VPN, and network troubleshooting.

- Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Microsoft Outlook, email configuration, and end-user issues.

- Basic knowledge of IP Telephony, VoIP systems, SIP, or Grandstream products is preferred.

- Familiarity with remote support tools and remote troubleshooting procedures.

- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.

- Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with corporate clients.

- Ability to independently troubleshoot technical issues and take ownership through resolution.

- Ability to prioritize multiple incidents and work effectively in a client-support environment.

- Willingness to continuously learn new infrastructure technologies and enterprise IT solutions.

- Experience with FortiGate firewalls, Cisco switches, Hyper-V, virtualization, NAS, backup solutions, or Linux administration will be an added advantage.
