Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner Project Role Description : Provide L1–L2 technical support for infrastructure, systems, and applications in production and development environments, both remotely and onsite, following defined operating models and processes. Act as the primary interface with users/clients to accurately diagnose issues and deliver effective resolutions across infrastructure, operating systems, networks, and application platforms, ensuring service stability and quality support.

This role requires working closely with users and clients, either remotely or onsite, to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently. The practitioner follows established operational procedures to maintain service stability and ensure high-quality support.
Daily activities include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting problems related to infrastructure and application platforms, and collaborating with various teams to uphold seamless service delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Assist in documenting technical issues and resolutions to enhance knowledge sharing within the team.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring problems and suggesting process enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge transfer.
Qualified & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Compute.
Good To Have Skills: Security Governance.
Experience in managing and troubleshooting cloud infrastructure components and services.
Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques to ensure system health and performance.
Ability to analyze logs and system metrics to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
Understanding of network fundamentals and operating system concepts relevant to cloud environments.
Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in AWS Compute.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
