Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

This role requires managing and supporting various systems and software products across multiple platforms, ensuring smooth operation within established processes. The practitioner addresses hardware and software issues, implements technology solutions at the operating system level, and performs troubleshooting activities ranging from basic to intermediate complexity.
Work is conducted both remotely and onsite, supporting configured services and maintaining system reliability and performance throughout the day.
Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Assist in documenting technical procedures and knowledge base articles to support team learning and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of infrastructure services.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues to minimize downtime.
Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on troubleshooting techniques.
Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
Strong understanding of operating system environments and their interaction with hardware and software components.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues at Level 1 and Level 2 support tiers.
Familiarity with server and network infrastructure and the ability to support various software solutions and vendors.
Ability to work within defined operating models and processes to maintain service quality and consistency.
Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.
This position is based at our BDC7C - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
