Role Description This is a full-time, on-site IT Recruiter role based in Tiruchirappalli. The IT Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers. The role involves building talent pipelines through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals, while maintaining robust relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

The IT Recruiter will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand role requirements,



ensure a positive candidate experience, and support workforce planning initiatives. The role also includes maintaining recruitment metrics, ensuring compliance with hiring policies, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Experience Level : 1 - 3 years Must Have:

Strong IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting skills, with min 1 year experience in Domestic IT Recruitment only

Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening. Qualifications

Strong IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting skills, with experience filling diverse technology roles.

Hands-on experience in Recruiting and Hiring, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Knowledge of current recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms for talent sourcing.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.

Ability to work on-site in Tiruchirappalli and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Prior experience recruiting for IT services, consulting, or GCC environments is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
