Role Description The Information Technology Manager For Canada role is a full-time, on-site position based in Canada. This role is responsible for overseeing IT infrastructure, applications, and security to ensure continuous and reliable operations that support immigration consulting services. Daily tasks include managing network and systems administration, coordinating software implementation and updates, monitoring data security and backup processes, and resolving technical issues for internal teams.

The IT Manager will collaborate with leadership to align technology strategies with business goals, maintain vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with relevant data protection and privacy standards. The role also involves documenting processes,



training team members on IT best practices, and recommending improvements to optimize system performance and user experience.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in IT infrastructure management, including servers, networks, and cloud-based environments.

Proficiency in systems administration and IT support, with experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, data protection, backup, and recovery practices.

Experience implementing and managing business applications and tools relevant to qualified services or consulting environments.
