We have a requirement for two senior GTS resources. They will work closely with the business stakeholders and will play a key role in providing guidance to the broader team on ways of working, stakeholder engagement, and driving effective business conversations. This is a strategic role focused on collaboration with the business rather than traditional run, managed services, or implementation activities.

We are looking for candidates who possess:

- Strong GTS domain knowledge and experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to guide and mentor teams on best practices and business engagement
- The selected resources will serve as senior members of the COE team, helping drive overall maturity and alignment between business and technology functions.
